At Shepherds Lodge, the North Georgia Mountains are in such close range, it’s as if you can touch them.  The cabin’s 25-foot high wall of glass allows you to take in the mountain views, watch the clouds drift by and stargaze at night all from inside the comforts of this lovely home. This superb, upscale property is located in the exclusive Shepherds Ridge Gated community and will also make you feel like you could live here year year-round.

Just 15 minutes from the quaint town of Blue Ridge, GA, Shepherds Lodge is located off of entirely paved roads and is convenient to the scenic drive of Highway 60.  It offers a familiar, homey-feel but captures spectacular views and the restorative powers of a true mountain getaway.

Shepherds Lodge is a seamless combination of “mountain-style meets Main Street.”  This new real wood-sided home has a front-facing two-car garage and welcoming front porch.  The open floor plan also provides easy access with two of the bedrooms as well as two bathrooms located on the main floor.  The master bedroom is on the third floor with a comfy king size bed, and a bathroom with custom marble double vanities bath.  The huge walk-out finished basement has plenty of light with a large bedroom and bath, along with all the vacation amenities you could wish for.  The interior walls are a mix of soft, light pine paneling and cheerfully painted sheet rock for a clean and fresh ambiance.

Step outside on the covered deck and enjoy ample outdoor living amenities with rockers, dining space, a wood burning fireplace and a huge hot tub overlooking the spectacular view.  Shepherds Lodge promises incredible sunsets over the mountains and has many covered porches to enjoy the shade on those long summer days.

Back indoors, you will find nothing but the finest of leather furnishings and luxury bedding. This luxury cabin features a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.  The kitchen is stocked with settings for 16 and every utensil a chef needs to enhance their culinary craft.  Downstairs, your group can enjoy the enormous game room featuring a seven foot slate billiards table, air hockey, foosball and huge 51” TV. Shepherds Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 people with four bedrooms offering three Kings, one Queen comfort sleeper bed and a futon in the game room.  The three-and-a-half bathrooms offer fine finishes and marble and the King suite on the upper level features a double vanity and marble throughout.
