Every time you visit to Moosehead Lodge you will see something new.  The pride and joy of its owners, this beautiful home is lovingly cared for and updated on a regular basis.   Located off of a series of easy paved roads, getting to Moosehead Lodge is as relaxing as your vacation promises to be.  The home is also close to scenic Highway 60 and is only 15 minutes from the charming town of Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Moosehead Lodge is an all-wood tongue and groove home with a welcoming stone facade and Southern-style wrap around deck.  A graceful gazebo juts off the back of the deck at an ideal point to take in the panoramic mountain views and the home’s soothing waterfall feature.  The gazebo has a gorgeous wood-burning rock fireplace, worthy of all the cozy morning and late night gatherings that a great vacation inspires.  Here on this main deck there is also plenty of outdoor seating and a dining table for four perfect for your special retreat with family or friends.  Outdoor living options continue with a porch off of the master bedroom and a lower-level deck with a large six-person hot tub.

If this isn’t enough mountain-living ambiance, then step inside to an elegantly furnished, yet rustic interior that provides all the comforts and amenities you could hope for.  Moosehead Lodge’s family room offers a luxury leather sofa perfect for curling up in front of the roaring fire of the indoor gas fireplace.  Enjoy an evening movie as your housemates take their turn in cooking for the group in the airy and open kitchen offering granite countertops and everything the culinary artist will need.  This open floor plan offers plenty of space for interaction and soon you will likely join the group at the breakfast bar or the large dining room table that seats eight.

Step downstairs for a little competition in the mountain lodge style game room with a gorgeous billiards table and an air hockey/foosball table. Plush oversized sofas offer a great place to root for your team players or watch a pro game on the 40” flat LCD screen television.

For your slumbering comfort, choose from any luxurious style bedrooms located on each floor with a queen sleeper in the loft and each floor has a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.
