Natures Overlook

A slightly winding drive will lead you to a great spot on the top of a mountain to Nature’s Overlook.  You would think that because of the spectacular natural scenic views that this cabin is located in a remote location.  However, this home is actually at the end of a cul-de-sac in a convenient but appropriate distance to neighboring cabins.

Nature’s Overlook is a particularly friendly-looking cabin with dormer windows on the second floor, a wraparound deck and three charming stone chimneys.  It is constructed differently from most of the log cabins in the region with beautifully crafted barn wood in the interior. 

This home’s open floor plan is full of lodge-style decor, yet its touch of class is sure to keep you comfortable and living in luxury.  The cheery sunroom/ keeping room located off of the kitchen is a great place to catch up on the latest sunrise and warm up with your morning coffee in front of the gas fireplace.  Two additional stone fireplaces are located in the family room and game room.

Downstairs, the game room offers your choice of billiards or air hockey.  Just steps away is a hot tub placed in a way that belies the sense of any other neighbors around you as it is located on the lower deck for extra privacy where you can soak away your stress peering out to miles of rippling mountains on the horizon.  Perhaps you might prefer to have a sweet chat with your closest friend as you swing softly on the tree swings hanging out back.  Walking from here toward the front of the home is a wonderful rustic firepit for roasting marshmallows underneath a canopy of stars.

The relaxation never ends as a soothing rest in the sauna helps you treat the muscles you worked out so well from a day of hiking in the woods.  The downstairs wet bar is the perfect place for a night cap before you retire to the serene bedrooms.  The master has a private deck with rocking chairs and a plush king size bed.  Two queens in the two other bedrooms as well as a futon in the loft provide plenty of comfortable sleeping options for your entire family or friends.
