Our pricing is always a flat rate except for holidays.
RATES: Each North Georgia cabin rental getaway offers a nightly and a weekly rate. You can review the cabin rental listings from the left navigation bar for the individual cabin rates. However, our basic pricing rate starts at $165/night and we offer weekly discounts. Our pricing is based on location, views, décor and amenities. There is a wide variation for cabin pricing in the North Georgia mountains. Our pricing is based on the value you’ll receive from our exceptional North Georgia cabin rental getaways. You will be delighted with your mountain vacation experience with us.
HOLIDAY RATES and MINIMUM STAYS: Because our North Georgia cabin rental getaways are in high demand during holidays we charge an extra $50 per night with a four night minimum. This applies to the holidays listed below.
We do have a three or four night minimum during some of the peak season. It is good to call the office as we do release these holds for last minute getaways.

Valentine’s Day- A three night minimum with no rate increase
Presidents Day- A three night minimum with no rate increase
Spring Break- April- When booking a weekend stay, there is a three night minimum
Memorial Day- A three night minimum with no rate increase
Independence Day- A four night minimum
Labor Day- A three night minimum with no rate increase
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years- A four night minimum with a $50 increase per night for four of your nights.
June- Three night minimum when occupying a weekend
July-mid August- Four night minimum when occupying a weekend
October-mid Nov-Four night minimum when occupying a weekend
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: All rates are based on a Blue Ridge GA cabin rental getaway stay with four guests. We charge a nominal fee of $10 per person per night for each additional guest over four, so that we do not penalize the smaller parties that want to stay in a more spacious home with certain features or amenities. Our property owners are sharing their personal vacation homes, so we appreciate your honesty about the number of guests which creates additional cleaning, a higher rate in utilities and wear on the property.
CLEANING FEES: Our rates for cleaning vary per size of cabin and people staying in the cabin. It is extremely important to us that you find the Blue Ridge GA cabin rental in tip top shape with clean linens, dishes, floors, bathrooms, bedding, furniture, and hot tubs! Each cabin is assigned a specific crew for cleaning services. Therefore they know where things belong if items are missing and they also know how many guests are checking into the cabin. We limit the number of homes our cleaning staff is assigned to ensure that you arrive at a clean cabin.
PET FEES: We love pets too! If the owners choose to make their cabin pet friendly, pet fees are $15 per night per animal. Each cabin is marked if it is pet friendly. If any damage is done by the pet during your stay, it will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and additional repair charges may apply. We do require that all pets are crated if left in the home while you are out visiting the Blue Ridge area.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 am for the Blue Ridge GA cabin rental getaway. There is a $15. per hour charge for approved early arrivals or late check outs up til noon only.
• A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.
• The full rental fee is due 30 days before the first rental day unless you have prior approval. Payment can be made by personal check, travelers cheques, money orders, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard or cash.
• Last-minute bookings may be available, but the full rent and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.
