Blissful Blue Ridge

The home was decorated beautifully, and we loved the community! After the end of a long day of hiking it was nice to relax in front of the indoor fireplace.

Loved the outdoor spaces - the decks and yard and general setting near the pond. Furniture was very comfortable. Beds were great! Kitchen was well stocked.

We spend the almost 2 weeks in this wonderful cabin for the holidays. Layout is perfect with 3 levels which is great for larger groups when it comes to privacy. I've stayed in other cabins before, however, I noticed finishes of this cabin were better than others. Owners did a great job decorating it. We felt comfortable right away. The kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs with new dishware and glassware. Gas stove worked great. We cooked almost all our meals in the cabin. The first floor has a nice bar and a shuffle board table, we had lots of fun there. Our dogs had a great time in the fenced area with plenty of space to run and play. Something important to note is that the beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure.Overall, this is a great place to stay, excellent value. You'll feel you are staying at the fanciest cabin at Disney's fort wilderness.

The layout of the home is perfect for gathering and relaxing with family and friends. The fireplaces throughout are wonderful! We enjoyed lounging on the deck watching football all day Saturday. The surrounding property is beautiful. The dog loved the big area to run and play! The cabin is located near great hiking. Everything about this cabin was perfect.....gorgeous woods, big windows lovely decor. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances top notch.

Loved the way this home was decorated! The lot is absolutely perfect with only one exception, a view of the mountains would have made this absolutely perfect! We still truly enjoyed this property and don't have any complaints!

We enjoyed outdoor fireplace, view of the pond, and the top quality kitchen filled with quality appliances & cookware. We also loved the great beds, easy access, and large fenced yard for our fur baby! We'll stay here again!

There was just not one thing we did not like about this rental! The home was just stunning. We could tell that much thought had been put into the construction and development of the property. We loved that our dog had a fenced in area to roam on his own! We loved that the property had a gradual slope so that we could walk all around and explore. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials and the furniture was well made and comfortable as well. The warm and inviting attention to detail made us feel very welcomed and right at home. I think our most favorite feature was the fireplace on the walkout patio.

Very well thought out cabin. From kitchen equipment to remote control blinds to sprayer hose in the driveway for muddy vehicles. Super-clean and furnishings all new. Very nice!

Absolutely stunning cabin! We want to thank you for opening your home to us! We were excited to find a cabin that was new and fresh! We love visiting Blue Ridge! We venture out here every couple of years! 

The drive to the cabin wasn’t scary, it was very nice. You pass a the lake on the right side (which had a fantastic covered grilling area, with picnic table’s and like a bar area made out of slate/stone, which we loved so much! We spent a couple of our evenings there cooking dinner and just being outside in the quiet relaxing atmosphere!) and then straight ahead is a beautiful waterfall, right before you turn into the drive way.

Blissful Blue Ridge is super cozy, comfortable, & private. It truly is a piece of heaven on earth! We felt very at home here. This cabin is well thought out!

The kitchen is beautiful, and well stocked with everything you need to make all meals! The game room area is very accommodating with a mini fridge, sink, and cute table and chairs, a pullout sofa, and a nice big TV!

The leather couch in the living room is so comfy, you just sink right into it. It just makes you just want to fall asleep.

We loved, loved, loved the hot tub, and we played ping pong for hours. We really didn’t even need to leave the cabin. The cabin is secluded, yet not far from town. We love that all rooms have very comfortable king beds on all 3 levels, lots of closet space and all with bathrooms, it felt very private. Great for 3 couples or a big family! 

There are multiple areas to sit outside and relax. Our favorite which is also where we spent the majority of our time, is the outdoor deck with the sectional, the fireplace, and the big TV was a huge plus! We also spent some time sitting on the wrap around deck overlooking the lake/pond just enjoying the peace and quiet. It was very tranquil!

We will most definitely be returning to this cabin! It’s truly “Blue Bliss” as spoken in the description!

We were able to spend our mini family vacation at this lovely Georgia Peach located in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains and located in a gated community. We enjoyed every bit of our time at Blissful Blue Ridge.

The cabin had basically 3 master bedrooms with king sized beds, which was perfect for 6, and each bedroom had its own full-sized bathroom. We loved the decorations and choice of interior decoration. It made the cabin feel more upscale than we could have imagined. We especially loved the upstairs bedroom. It had its own balcony to overlook the property and was a gorgeous setting in the mornings with a nice cup of coffee and even in the evenings when the sun sets and the sky through the woods looked amazing and peaceful. We even saw lighting bugs which we don’t get in south Florida. The kids loved it too. They got to spend their time at the lowest level which included a bedroom with king sized bed and its own full bathroom with shower. Right outside of their room was the game room. What a highlight, as the boys got to play shuffleboard for the first time. There was also a Vegas style coin operated machine with its own coins and a large TV that we were able to connect to for family gaming. We also really enjoyed the ring game outside by the patio that overlooks the property and pond.

Let’s also not forget the hot tub situated right under the main deck area. It was perfect for viewing the stars at night and easy to operate. We were even supplied with spa shock for after each use and didn’t have to buy our own. Great service.

The main floor of the home was definitely the most family friendly area as it had a beautiful eat-in kitchen fully stocked. From Keurig coffee maker to air fryer, it had it all. Everything looked brand new, and we had no issues with finding our way around.

The Living room also had a large screen TV over the beautiful fireplace. The TVs throughout the house all had smart TV functionality so we could use our own streaming accounts.

What I called, “the grand patio,” has a beautiful seating arrangement that was comfortable and with enough seating right by the fireplace and TV. We especially enjoyed the gas grill with a phenomenal view from the second-floor patio that wrapped around the house.

All in all, we needed a getaway from our daily lives in south Florida to have a nice change of scenery, relax, and maybe explore a bit. Blissful Blue Ridge hit the mark and then some. Clean and safe area. Well equipped. Family friendly.

We will be back possibly sooner than expected.

I usually never write reviews, but this place deserves one.  This place was all it was said to be, and Like New, everything.  Very very clean, everything in perfect

Working order.  We loved using the deck looking out to the Pond.  Just great views and so Peaceful and serene. 

 

Driving up to it, the Spring water fall and the covered Bridge were nice bonus.  Walking about it was so picturesque.  We loved the Fireplace out on the deck in the evenings.  The lower level Game area got us all competing in the shuffle board game,  All in great shape.  

 

Loved having 3 suites all on different floors – for Max Privacy.  And that Kitchen was killer Nice and fully stocked with everything we needed.  Wrap-a-round Deck and the Hot Tub all got used a lot.  

 

Down in the old quaint town loved that all the shops were one off, no chain stores at all.  We signed up for the train ride that followed the River down to Tenn.  A nice day thing.  And a float trip down the river Trout fishing was really relaxing.  Several nice hiking places that went to water falls.  Good dinning at the rivers edge.  Loved the shopping at the nearby Orchard.  With real nice Bakery.  I could eat there daily.  We took several goods back to the house.  This place was very pleasant surprise how neat and clean and with everything working correctly.

Location wasn't difficult to find nor did it require a scary drive up a mountain road. It was just the right size for the 6 of us. Comfortable. Clean. Attractive.

This property is a brand new listing and we had the opportunity to be the first guests to stay at this PERFECT rental home.  From the minute you drive through the gate and see the house you know that you have made a great choice.  This property sits directly in front of a beautiful covered bridge and overlooks a large pond, so the setting is wonderful. 

The living room/dining room and kitchen are the perfect place for spending time with your family and friends.  The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook great meals together.   This beautiful home has three levels with a king bedroom suite and bath on each floor for total privacy for everyone.  The beds and linens are super comfortable and cozy and all the furniture and furnishings are new. The game room/wet bar area has everything you need for having fun and relaxing together.  But I saved my favorite place for last, the outside cover deck is spacious and so comfortable with great furniture, fireplace and a TV for the sports fans.  We mostly stayed on the deck the entire trip.

 

You will not be disappoint with this home….I look forward to returning in the future.  The town of Blue Ridge is great too.  Lots of restaurants and shopping for everyone.  I want to ride the train next time!
