Watch the game on the family room's huge flat screen TV from the comfort of the beautiful leather & upholstered sofa, plush oversized chair or elegant leather chair. In the evenings, curl up on the couch in front of the boulder gas fireplace, while enjoying music from the iPod docking station. Or, let the river be your music — simply open a window and enjoy its soothing sounds. Rustic occasional tables and accents, barnwood walls and wide plank hardwood floors throughout complete the look of this professionally decorated, relaxing retreat. In the summertime, ceiling fans in almost every room will help keep you cool.

As you turn from the family room to the kitchen, you'll love the look of its custom rustic cabinets, rock countertops and stainless steel appliances, and you'll enjoy all of the conveniences of home, such as a hand mixer, blender, waffle iron, griddle, and coffee maker. The kitchen's breakfast bar seats two, conveniently situated near the dining room table, which seats six.

Step outside to take in the fresh air and mountain beauty from one of Rock n' River's main attractions: the large, covered deck overlooking the hills and Fightingtown Creek, the perfect outdoor living area for entertaining guests. Whether morning, sunset or evening, there's nothing like lounging on the deck's rocking chairs, glider, swing or relaxing in front of its boulder wood-burning fireplace while enjoying the sound of the flowing stream below. Or, soak in the stunning views while relaxing in the hot tub. Come mealtime, the deck's gas grill makes entertaining easy, and the outdoor dining table comfortably seats 4-6.

For the more adventurous, venture beyond the deck, and follow the path through the woods to the trout stream below offers a great catch for anglers, so don't forget your fishing rod. Or go 'Rollin' on the River' — the rushing creek is great for tubing. And while Rock n' River's tranquil setting feels a million miles away, you are only a short trip to town for shopping, and conveniently near to hiking trails, horseback riding, seasonal fruit picking, and more.

When you're ready to retire, few cabins offer such generous sleeping accommodations, with a master suite and two bedrooms on the main floor, and an additional master suite on the lower level. The main floor's inviting master suite features a decadent, king-sized custom mountain laurel bed and handmade wood furniture, along with its own flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite's French door opens up to the deck and large windows allow you to sleep by moonlight, if you choose. Step into the master bath's rock walk-in shower or soaking tub for a rustic spa experience; its rock countertops and copper sinks with dual vanities offer character with decidedly modern stylings.

A second bedroom on the main floor offers a sumptuous, queen-sized custom mountain laurel bed, while the third bedroom offers cozy twin-over-full log bunk beds, and is outfitted with a flat screen TV and DVD player — perfect for the kids. The whole group can fall asleep to the sounds of the river ambling just outside your windows.

The lower level is a world unto itself, complete with a recreation room featuring yet another boulder gas fireplace and flat screen TV, along with a wet bar, refrigerator and coffeemaker. And there's plenty of indoor fun at Rock n' River — the rec room is stocked with games for all, including a regulation billiards table, puzzles, and board games. The second master bedroom suite is also located on the lower level, featuring a luxurious, custom barnwood king-size bed, and a large master bath that boasts its own rock walk-in shower, rock countertops and copper vessel sinks. There's also a full size washer and dryer downstairs, allowing you to stay as long as you'd like without worrying about clean clothes.
