Black Bear Falls was a perfect vacation home. It seemed secluded but was conveniently close to town. Our 3 generation family enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The game room, fire pit, outdoor fireplace and spacious backyard was perfect for us, but especially for our 3 grandchildren, ages 6-9. Beautiful home! The kitchen has all appliances and utensils that someone would need. The home had a decorated Christmas tree (a very nice touch!). The game room downstairs is great.

Our family comes to the mountains once a year for a family trip. The weather was PERFECT and we played all the games at the house (especially life-size Jenga and ping pong), and watched UGA beat TN! We met some really nice people at Cartecay Vineyards and visited all the shops downtown. Still, our top recommendation is spending a lot of quality time at the cabin!! We grilled out and gathered around the fire pit and created wonderful family memories. Thank you so much for providing an amazing cabin for us to enjoy as a family. We hope to return soon!

Absolute dream! From paved roads and driveway, minutes to downtown Blue Ridge, stunning views, and fabulous accommodations, this has been one of our favorite cabins ever!!! We'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!

Our family came from all over the country to meet up at Black Bear Falls. The weather was great and we went to town and visited the Bigfoot Museum and took a boat out on the lake. We had fun hanging out in Blue Ridge, but the best times were being with family in this amazing home!!!
